Subscriptions are valid as per the subscription pack that you have subscribed to. Pack validity is daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly based on the subscription pack that you have bought.

In case of WAP services, your monthly subscription is auto renewed by default, once activated. You can deactivate the subscription at any time by sending SMS to your Telco short-code. However, in case of your services via Web and App, when your subscription period is over there will be no additional bills, no cancellation fee or any other cumbersome unsubscribe process. Of course we will love it if you re-subscribe!

After grace period users migrate in to Suspension period wherein the users can revive the services by recharging their prepaid account. During the suspension period, user won’t be able to access the services. Once user recharges his/her prepaid account, subscription will be renewed. Wakau is currently accessible in English. Celebrity videos are recorded in Hindi, English or their regional/native languages. What all languages of regional content is available on Wakau? In addition to Hindi and English videos by celebrities, we have regional celebrities videos recorded in their native languages, and as we keep on boarding new celebrities/regional star in their regional/Hindi language, they will keep getting added on to the portal.

The streams are stuttering or breaking up, what can I do?
Check your network connectivity, if connectivity is bad the streams may break up. If connectivity improves later on, services will be available again. You can try to select a different quality stream to improve your viewing experience.

The iOS devices adapt the video quality automatically to changing network conditions by using a technology that is called "Adaptive Streaming". On other device platforms, stream quality can be selected manually by tapping on the screen (on touch screen devices) or clicking on in the video stream (on desktop machines).
